How to loose pounds by the Gofer

Dont listen to the snake oil sales men on the radio. eat less sugar, dont go to dairy gueen and eat hamburgers. The fastest way to loose weight is running.  But got to do short runs first how about 100 yards . Ten gradually two a mile. Yes it takes lots of energy.  For old gessers got to go short then build up.  As for lifting weights how about 10 pounds 10 times. Yes Randy White is out of foot ball but he still works out with weights and probably runs a mile.  Then another way to loose weight is eat half of a water mellon from wm thats cold.  Its got so much fiber and minerals and vits for health.

A yes later may be brown sugar will be at the place over there . once gofer opened the door and she had on a dress no shoes. Thats right. never did think that capt morgan u can get your kicks. Well if its ice cold it ferments and gets stronger. Its probably cause can not figure out where so and so was.
